Don't you often hear that "if you are smart" there are ample avenues to earn more. We often hear 'success stories' of how a mere clerk accumulated wealth to build mansions etc.
Whereas an honest government officer living a humble life post retirement is referred to 'not so smart' or 'was a fool' when he was in service. Working hard and smart is good. But what do they mean really?
We see them in banks, offices, while withdrawing our pension, applying for loans etc.
