We see prominent leaders hold their own umbrellas, drive their own cars, ride bicycles to office etc. Meanwhile in Nagaland, leaders can't even hold their own umbrellas. In some cases, we'd see bodyguards with guns (of course, and meant for protection) busy holding umbrellas for ministers. Some such photos circulated in the social media created quite a wave of discussion recently.
